today felt good.
the pain was low after an okay night’s sleep, with the spasticity bothering in the background. after weeks away from the gym, i made myself go. not because i wanted to, but because not going felt worse.
getting between the machines was its own kind of endurance. Iza Koltan gripped my right hand, steady and firm, while i leaned on the walking stick with my left. slow steps. careful steps. it wasn’t the weights or the reps that were the hardest – it was staying upright, keeping balance, making sure i didn’t fall.
no stares today. nothing to break the focus. just me, the machines, and the effort.
the workout was tough, but the reward came – endorphins, adrenaline, and a good feeling spreading through my body.
