A bit hidden away in Chinatown, this tiny street is one I wouldn’t have found unless a friend tipped me off.
The bold colors covering the road mark it as a pedestrian street now – no cars allowed. Cool asphalt art!
I hear this street has a lot of history and was once called the “Bloody Angle” for its gang wars. Today, the only battles are over the best dumplings or a table in the sun.
I’m not big on Chinese food, but my friends went crazy over the steamed buns – fluffy white sponge buns stuffed with fillings like pork, chicken, or veggies.
