As soon as I arrived outside Radio City Hall, a manager spotted me near the ticket line. He skipped the formalities, brought me in without waiting, checked my ticket, and upgraded me to a much better seat. A kind staff member then escorted me to my spot, where my friend helped me transfer from my wheelchair. They tucked the wheelchair away, and everything went seamlessly.

The show was spectacular, and the staff’s warmth and care left good impression. Thank you, Radio City, for an incredible experience!
