In the comments below, I’ve shared a link to a 6-minute Breathwork session by one of my favorite teachers, Dan Vadnais.

It’s simple: three rounds, six minutes. I recommend trying it in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you can, do it outside – sit down, face the horizon, and give it everything you’ve got.

It’s not the deepest dive into Breathwork, but it’s a powerful intro. Just a taste to see how it feels.
