Choose Your Hard 😁

Today, I had a dental cleaning. It was ~40 minutes of scraping and polishing. getting there was the real battle. Driving into town, navigating the clinic, and climbing onto that special chair, not fun 🤯

But ! skipping it would’ve been harder.
stone builds up, gums get inflamed, and suddenly you’re facing pain, infections, tooth loss…Fixing that is way worse – and way more expensive – than showing up for a cleaning.

Twice a year, I make the effort. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Both ways are hard – you just have to choose your hard.
