If you practice breathwork and don’t notice immediate results, it can be discouraging.
BUT if you really believe that this is the right course of action – you stick with it, you commit yourself to the regime, the practice. You can screw it up, you can skip a day or two; it allows for that. But if you stick with it consistently, I’m not exactly sure what day, but I know you’ll start seeing benefits. I know. Engaging in breathwork for a long session doesn’t yield results as effectively as doing it consistently every day. It’s not about the intensity. it’s about consistency.
