I’m trying to make some order in my head.
To understand what helps me stay out of hell – mentally, physically, emotionally.
Here’s what I’ve got so far.

Breathwork, cold exposure, circulation – change your chemistry

What you’ve been through can help someone else. That gives it meaning.

🎯 Build purpose
Think. Write. Talk about what matters. Create direction.

🧩 Break things down
If it feels too big, shrink it. One small move at a time.

💡 Understand your nervous system
Learn your signals. Learn how to shift them.

🎨 Find beauty, create beauty
Notice it. Make it. Let it move you.

✅ Keep promises to yourself
Tiny wins → self-trust → confidence

👥 Connect
Speak. Listen. Don’t isolate.

📌 Protect your priorities
Self-care first. No exceptions.
