When life gets heavy, I tend to drift. I react instead of choosing.
These 4 questions pull me back into the driver’s seat:
1️⃣ WHAT DO I WANT TO HAVE HAPPEN?
Not someday – today, this month, this year. A goal that actually matters to me.
2️⃣ WHO WOULD I NEED TO BE FOR THAT TO HAPPEN?
Not what people expect – what identity would give me strength? Brave? Consistent? Honest?
3️⃣ WHAT ACTIONS WOULD PROVE I’M THAT PERSON?
Tiny things. A walk outside. Sharing my truth. Cold water. Picking up the phone instead of hiding.
4️⃣ WHAT DO I NEED TO LEARN TO TAKE THOSE ACTIONS CONSISTENTLY?
Breathwork. Patience. Discipline. How to rest without guilt.
When I answer these, I stop wandering like Alice at the crossroads.
Not perfect clarity – but enough direction to take the next step forward.
