So I agree that lifestyle change requires discipline.
But this one didn’t.
A month into traveling, I naturally shifted into this eating habit:
I eat what grows – mostly fruit and vegetables. No processed food (almost).
No added sugar.
No white flour.
Minimal coffee, because rushing to the 🚽 on the road just isn’t practical.
And I avoid foods that cause digestive friction, the discomfort and rolling 👨‍🦽‍➡️ for hours don’t mix.
And no weed 💨.
The interesting part is that this wasn’t a resolution.
It was an effortless adaptation as I continued to travel.
The nervous system learns through consequence.
And over time, my body started reinforcing the behaviors that led to ease – and dropping the ones that came with a cost.
I didn’t make any decisions. It just happened, and I notice the same pattern every time I travel.
