First, you build momentum.
Then, momentum carries you.

At first, I have to push myself to go out alone with the wheelchair.
Not far from the house, but still alone, with a small mission – like buying bananas šŸŒ and coming back home.
It takes preparation and a willingness to move forward despite the fear in my chest.

After a few days, with some dramas and mini panic moments along the way, something changes.
The fear almost evaporates.

I’m still only going alone a few blocks, without big challenges, but now something is different:
Going out gives me energy.
It lifts my mood.
It sparks new ideas.
Suddenly, it is the outside that is calling me to come.

The act that once drained me now fuels me.
