I’ve been practicing Wim Hof-style breathwork for four years. I started with just 10 minutes a day—three simple rounds—and slowly built it up.

About a year in, I discovered @[1022662336:2048:Jesse Coomer]’s sessions on YouTube. I tried a few and felt a significant shift. The pain relief was real, and the physical effect lasted for hours after each session. It felt like a full-body reset.

I ended up trying nearly all his sessions and eventually settled on two that really worked for me. Each one is around 20 minutes, and I’ve been doing both almost every day for the past few years.

This isn’t something you hope might work – it works. The impact is consistent and strong. Over time, your brain starts craving the boost of oxygen, adrenaline, and dopamine. You no longer need to force yourself—you just want to do it.

Here’s a link to one of the sessions I do daily. Start small and build gradually. It took me over a year to complete the full seven rounds comfortably. But once it clicks, it becomes your go-to.
