SLOW IS NOT QUITTING – IT IS HOW YOU LAST

Sea turtles ๐ŸŒŠ ๐Ÿข can swim thousands of miles – not by sprinting but by moving slowly enough to never run out of energy. Their steady pace keeps them alive for 50+ years, navigating entire oceans without panic.

Neuroscience says our bodies work the same way.
Right after diagnosis, many of us hit the gas – trying to prove we are the same as before. But rushing floods your system with stress hormones, scrambles your decisions and burns through the reserves you will need for the long game. Slow is not weak – itโ€™s tactical.

When we slow down and keep moving – like a turtle – we stay in โ€œendurance modeโ€ the only state that makes big goals possible.
