Most people go their whole lives being inside their emotions – trapped in them, swept away by them. But there’s a quiet skill that changes everything: the ability to observe your own state of mind.

To say, “Ah – this is fear”
“This is shutdown”
“This is overwhelm”
“This is rage 😤 “
Or even, “This is calm”

Just by noticing ‼️ you create space. And in that space, something incredible happens: you’re no longer inside the storm. You’re watching it. You’re watching the shitshow instead of starring in it.
And that changes everything.

You become the observer – not the reactor.
You learn that feelings aren’t facts. They’re states.
And states keep changing. Sometimes gently, sometimes fast. But they’re always in motion.

This isn’t about control. It’s about awareness.
The moment you can say, “This is where I am”
you’re already somewhere else.

That ain’t some soft mindfulness crap.
That’s a superpower.
