You know what’s working for me? 30 minutes of morning sunlight in my eyes – just looking in the general direction of that big burning thing, usually change my whole day. Doesn’t matter if you’re wearing glasses or contacts. Those photons hit your brain and start flipping switches: more energy, evaporation of brain fog, a clear mood improvement. And later – this is the important – it sets you up for better sleep at night, where melatonin finally does its job.
It is basically put your body in a much better rhythm again. Cortisol up in the morning so you can move, dopamine and epinephrine running through your 🧠 so you don’t feel like a ghost and then, by evening, the whole system comes down so you can rest.
It’s simple, free and it works even on gray days. It works much better when you don’t skip a day. Tested for years.
So yeah get your morning light. It wont cure MS, but it can make the daily fight less brutal.
